Wraparound
Children’s Wraparound is a grant-funded program administered by BHHF, sharing core principles with the Safe at Home initiative. Unlike Safe at Home, referrals do not require involvement from the Department, and there’s no need for an open case with the department. Additionally, this program does not have age restrictions and can support children and youths up to the age of 21. Wraparound operates as a care system, offering resources to assist children and families in planning and receiving necessary support while staying in their homes and communities. Currently, we serve all Prestera counties.
