Workforce Support

Workforce Support offers vocational assistance to individuals with mental health, substance use or co-occurring diagnoses. Individuals receive a vocational assessment and are assigned to a vocational case manager who assists with gaining employment or connecting them with education or training programs.

Vocational Case Managers

Vocational Case Managers (VCM) help individuals obtain and maintain employment. The VCM performs vocational assessments, engages participants in the community, links participants to employment or job training based on interest and eligibility, provides education on job interviewing skills, digital literacy, resume building, and arranges follow-up services or referrals as needed.
