Supported Employment

Supported Employment provides job coaching services to individuals participating in the waiver program. As part of this initiative, individuals employed at Toyota will receive coaching and training to manufacture parts for Toyota Manufacturing Company. This program is designed to help individuals develop job skills and support them in attaining their maximum level of independence within a work environment.
