State Opioid Response (SOR)

The State Opioid Response Grant (SOR) funding aims to enhance the accessibility of Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) and evidence-based services for identifying and engaging individuals in treatment. It also offers support to aid in retaining individuals in treatment and promoting long-term recovery. SOR funding is geared towards reducing and preventing Opioid Use Disorder (OUD) deaths by expanding access to prevention and treatment services. Our partners, including Harmony House, Pleasant Valley Hospital, Jobs and Hope, Collegiate Recovery, and South Central Regional Jail, provide Peer Recovery Support Specialists (PRSS) as part of this initiative.
