PATH- Projects for Assistance in Transition from Homelessness

This program is dedicated to assisting various segments of the homeless population, including those who are particularly resistant to treatment or challenging to serve. The program has five primary objectives: addressing immediate needs, ensuring safety as necessary, offering crisis intervention and referral to urgent medical care (including mental health services), providing assistance with clothing, food, and shelter, and connecting individuals with both homeless-specific and mainstream services.
