We provide safe, reliable, door-to-door transportation service to help our persons served attend appointments at Prestera AND community appointments such as doctor’s visits, physical therapy sessions, and dialysis treatments.

• You must have active West Virginia Medicaid coverage
• All trips should be scheduled at least 5 days in advance.
• By appointment only: Monday- Friday 6am-5pm
• Seatbelts are required for all passengers
• No Stops unrelated to medical appointments
• No Unnecessary guest riders
