The Innerchange Program is a comprehensive outpatient initiative designed to span 6-8 weeks, catering to middle and high school students grappling with behavioral and psychological challenges. These include, but are not restricted to, moderate to severe depression or anxiety, behavioral issues, difficulties with social and communication skills, family conflicts, abuse/neglect, and grief.

Services offered encompass treatment planning, group therapy, and supportive counseling, as well as individual therapy and supportive counseling. Additionally, the program includes classroom education, family therapy, case management, and if necessary, medication management.
