Prestera provides a dedicated team of Crisis Specialists available around the clock to assist individuals experiencing emotional crises. These trained clinicians assess the situation and intervene accordingly, facilitating admission to the Prestera Crisis Stabilization Unit (CSU), voluntary or involuntary hospitalization, and arranging follow-up services or referrals as needed.
