Huntington, WV – November 12, 2025 — Prestera Health Services is proud to partner with the Central Appalachia Region of the American Red Cross to honor and support area veterans this holiday season through the Holiday for Heroes campaign. This community initiative aims to provide comfort and care to local veterans by collecting basic hygiene supplies for distribution to West Virginia VA facilities and the West Virginia Veterans Home. Items collected will be delivered during the holiday season to show appreciation and gratitude for the men and women who have served our nation. The Holiday for Heroes program, coordinated by the Red Cross Service to the Armed Forces team, encourages community members and organizations to give back by donating essential items such as:
· Shampoo and conditioner
· Soap and body-wash
· Toothbrushes and toothpaste
· Deodorant
· Shaving cream and razors
· Socks and other personal care items
