Locations Closed for Labor Day

In observance of the Labor Day holiday, Prestera Center outpatient locations across eight counties in WV will be closed on Monday, September 4th, 2017 and will re-open on Tuesday, September 5th, 2017.  All residential programs will remain open during the holiday.  In an emergency, call 1-800-642-3434 and our staff will help you.
